Nozzle cooling system used to cool injector nozzle. Injector nozzle used to spray fuel into combustion chamber. Due to combustion of fuel it becomes hot. So cooling is necessary for proper function.

Description

Fuel injectors are cooled in their own cooling circuit by means of fresh water.Cooling water enters to the cooling chamber through inlet pipe.During flowing ti the cooling chamber it collect heat and discharged through discharge pipe.A pressure gauge is installed in the pipe ling to monitoring the nozzle cooling water pressure.A multistage pump used to circulate the water to the cooling circuit.
